Frank Mix, Managing Director of the luxury motorhome manufactory in Bohmte, expressed his appreciation for the reliable commitment of his production teams. He particularly highlighted the dynamism and enthusiasm of his workforce, who, with combined expertise, successfully master all challenges involved in high-end motorhome production.

Model Year 2024 | Employees in vehicle manufacturing honoured

Before the impressive land yachts of VARIOmobil Fahrzeugbau GmbH roll out to their final destinations, between 3,000 and 12,000 working hours go into each individual VARIOmobil—depending on model, equipment and size. Five of these unique motorhomes will be showcased at the CARAVAN SALON Düsseldorf in Hall 5, Stand C 05. Accordingly, production of the exhibition vehicles is already running at full speed. For the vehicle builders from the Osnabrück region, the 2024 model year has effectively already begun.

Traditionally, the season kick-off at the Bohmte plant is celebrated at the end of the first half of the year with a SIT TOGETHER held directly in production. Afterwards, following the factory holidays, all teams once again work hand in hand to achieve great things.
In preparation for the world’s largest caravaning trade fair in Düsseldorf, all exhibition vehicles are finalized with the utmost precision, ready for inspection by trade fair visitors.

This year, a total of 45 years of employee service was celebrated. Special recognition was given to:

Jörg Küppers, metalworking team, for 25 years of service.

Vitali Bulba, service team, for 10 years, and

Viktor Blumenstein, also celebrating 10 years with the metal construction team.
