Study “Around the Family”

VARIOmobil receives the award

very high overall satisfaction 

in the CARAVANING category, which includes motorhomes, caravans and accessories. 

Frank Mix, Managing Director of the VARIOmobil vehicle manufacturing company in Bohmte, is particularly pleased with the second-highest satisfaction level achieved.

Sandra Leinfelder, Senior Editor for Business and Mobility at Deutschlandtest, explains the selection process of the study as follows:

CARAVANING STUDIE:

“To obtain reliable and meaningful results, DEUTSCHLAND TEST conducted independently initiated consumer surveys via an online access panel.”

During the survey period in May 2023, approximately 147,000 consumer responses were collected. Participants were asked to evaluate their satisfaction as families with the products and services of the providers assessed.

Only first-hand customer and user experiences from the past 24 months were taken into account.

Ratings were given on a scale from 1 to 6, with 1 representing the lowest and 6 the highest level of satisfaction. 

Based on the evaluation of all responses and ratings, an unweighted average was calculated for each company in order to determine a meaningful score.

The survey is conducted under the patronage of BurdaVerlag Data Publishing GmbH, the German Institute for Quality and Finance, and FOCUS MONEY.
