At VARIOmobil, a leading manufacturer of luxury motorhomes, there was recently a special occasion to pause and reflect on the company\u2019s history<\/strong>. A moment that embodies the soul of the motorhome manufactory. Managing Director Frank Mix invited the vehicle construction team to an extraordinary celebration after work. In addition to the successful financial year-end, the occasion marked the<\/p>\n

recognition of long-serving employees<\/h2>\n

Graduate engineer Heiko H\u00fclsmann, 25 years in German engineering at VARIOmobil<\/strong>, gave the floor to his colleague that evening. We are talking about Jana Michaelis, who has been a permanent employee at VARIOmobil for ten years. In fact, she has been part of the company for twelve years if her two-year apprenticeship as an office administrator is included.<\/p>\n

Jana Michaelis is an excellent example of the high quality of training<\/strong> at the Bohmte motorhome manufactory. Over the years, she has developed into a true all-rounder across all departments and today heads the secretariat, manages accounting and human resources, and also serves as assistant to the management. Her commitment and professional expertise<\/strong> are indispensable for the smooth functioning of VARIOmobil\u2019s administrative processes. Since joining the company, she has consistently continued to develop and, with her positive attitude, has made an important contribution to the company\u2019s positive development<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Graduate engineer Heiko H\u00fclsmann will also be honored this year for his 25 years with the company at a separate celebration round in motorhome production. H\u00fclsmann, who already made a<\/p>\n

Diploma thesis on \u201cDevelopment, design and manufacture of a passenger car loading ramp for motorhomes\u201d<\/h3>\n

in the late 1990s, made a pioneering contribution to expanding the comfort of a VARIOmobil<\/strong>. He is another example of long-term employment and successful cooperation with Osnabr\u00fcck University of Applied Sciences. His own diploma thesis and many others that he supervised at VARIOmobil brought fresh ideas and new momentum to the company\u2019s development. The design and sale of high-tech motorhomes and business vehicles would be unthinkable without Heiko H\u00fclsmann. \u201cForm follows function\u201d<\/strong> is his motto, and German engineering<\/strong> is in his blood. On the German Television YouTube channel, he appears on camera for VARIOmobil, passionately explaining his convictions about comfortable and consistently high-tech vehicle construction in manufactory quality<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The celebration took place at a very special location: the pavilion at the Bohmte company headquarters on the B 51, which is usually used as a showroom for large land yachts. On this evening, however, it was festively illuminated and transformed into an atmospheric event location that perfectly suited the occasion.
\nIt was an evening full of gratitude and appreciation<\/strong>. VARIOmobil employees, along with company founder Bernhard Rothg\u00e4nger<\/strong>, who has always led vehicle construction in Bohmte with passion and expertise, took the opportunity to discuss the company\u2019s development and past years. In relaxed conversations with the workforce, there was plenty to talk about and plenty of laughter as well\u2014a reminder of how important personal interaction is at VARIOmobil. A cool blond beer\u2014poured by graduate engineer Heiko H\u00fclsmann\u2014and high-proof spirits served by Managing Director Frank Mix\u2026 the fun factor of 10 out of 10 is never neglected within the VARIOmobil team.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Culinary highlight <\/h4>\n

of the evening was the gala buffet, featuring a wonderful selection of antipasti and a wide variety of dishes. The real favorite, however, was the \u201call-you-can-eat\u201d roulades, traditionally served with red cabbage, dumplings and potatoes\u2014a true delight for the guests and the perfect dish to strengthen the team and set the foundation for a shared celebration.<\/p>\n

Over the years, Jana Michaelis has not only become a highly competent professional within the company, but also a valued and popular team member. Her work behind the scenes ensures smooth operations, giving her a significant share in VARIOmobil\u2019s success. Just one year ago, she took on the interface role between management and workforce. The leap into cold water was seamless. The recognition by Managing Director Frank Mix was a well-deserved moment to thank her for all the years of dedication and commitment.<\/strong><\/p>\n

VARIOmobil has always relied on a strong team<\/strong> that sticks together and achieves success together. \nIn December, VARIOmobil honored two outstanding employees for their many years of dedication.<\/p>\n

Jana Michaelis has been an indispensable part of the team for 10 years (12 years including her apprenticeship). As a versatile all-rounder, she manages the secretariat, handles accounting and human resources, and supports the management team as executive assistant.<\/br><\/br><\/p>\n

Dipl.-Ing. Heiko H\u00fclsmann looks back on 25 years with the company.
