At the traditional “Sit together,” Frank Mix, Managing Director of VARIOmobil Fahrzeugbau GmbH, drew a positive conclusion despite turbulent times and provided his employees with a comprehensive
outlook on business development and company successes.

Honored was Vice Federal Champion Leon Mussenbrock as the best

young talent in the
automotive craftsmanship sector.

Following the completion of his apprenticeship as a body and vehicle construction mechanic, Leon entered an exciting head-to-head competition. For his distinction as chamber, guild, state and now even vice overall champion of the German skilled trades, Leon received congratulations from the management and the workforce.

Career with apprenticeship

Wilhelm Ferchow, who began his vocational training as a vehicle construction mechanic at VARIOmobil in 1993, was honored for 30 years of service.

Alexander Neven, BSc.Sc., contributed 10 years of development work in engineering and design. In 2012, he completed his bachelor’s thesis on the development of a new seatbelt system for comfortable captain’s chairs in motorhomes.

The mobile-optimized website www.vario-mobil.com was launched by Jutta Röwer as part of her 14-month part-time professional qualification as a digitalization and marketing expert.

Before the company holidays, VARIOmobil’s management team hosts a gathering for the workforce of the vehicle manufacturing company. Together, the season finale is celebrated at VARIOmobil.

When is a motorhome considered winter-ready?

If, at an outside temperature of −15 degrees Celsius, the interior of your motorhome can be heated to +20 degrees Celsius within 4 hours, the EN 1646-1 standard defines the vehicle as winter-READY.

A heated fresh-water tank system is integrated into the insulated double floor. Inside, the powerful Scheer MH 10/17 blue Efficiency hot-water diesel heating system with blue-burner technology and automatic altitude compensation provides warmth, including underfloor heating, wall convectors, and an additional electric heating element. The panoramic front windshield is made of thermal-insulating glass with special solar protection, reducing solar radiation by up to 56%.
